FAQs

What services does Logic Resolutions provide?

01

Our service provides independent educational guidance, document review, and administrative support for individuals preparing for an upcoming medical procedure, surgery, or treatment. We provide intake analysis to identify nonprofit programs and offer optional paperwork preparation services to simplify the application process.

02

Who are your services designed for?

Our services are designed for individuals who are concerned about the costs of an upcoming medically necessary care procedure and want an independent administrative partner to help identify, organize, and prepare application materials for available foundation assistance programs.

Do you communicate with my hospital, medical provider, or insurance company?

03

Yes, as part of our administrative support services, we handle the logistics of routing and submitting your completed paperwork, forms, and documents directly to the applicable third-party program administrators or organization holders. If your specific situation requires our team to coordinate or communicate further with a provider or third party to ensure your files are properly organized, we do so exclusively with your explicit permission. All standard personal care decisions and primary policy communications remain the responsibility of the client.

Do you submit application documents for me?

04

Yes, in most cases. Once we complete your administrative paperwork packet, we send it to you for your review and official signature. After you return the signed forms to us, our team handles the logistics of submitting the packet directly to the program administrator. The only exception is when a specific program requires the applicant to submit the paperwork personally, in which case we will provide clear instructions on how to do so.

Do you guarantee results, approvals, or savings?

05

No. Logic Resolutions does not guarantee approval, savings, discounts, awards, or any specific outcome. Every situation is different, and all final program decisions are determined by third-party criteria entirely outside of our control.

Do you determine eligibility for assistance programs?

06

No. Logic Resolutions does not determine eligibility. Our intake form acts as a preliminary analysis to evaluate which third-party programs appear to align with your situation. All final eligibility and approval decisions are made solely by the applicable hospital, healthcare provider, or non-profit organization.

Are you affiliated with a hospital or a government agency?
