Refund eligibility relates solely to the administrative preparation work performed by Logic Resolutions LLC and is never based on the final decision, approval rate, or outcome of any third-party program, nonprofit, or assistance administrator.
GENERAL POLICY LIMITATIONS
Refunds are strictly unavailable based on:
Program denials or rejections by a hospital or foundation
Assistance determination amounts or discount values
Eligibility outcomes decided by third parties
Client dissatisfaction with an official third-party program decision.
Logic Resolutions LLC does not guarantee approval, savings, grants, medical discounts, or any other specific program outcome. Consumers are purchasing independent administrative document preparation, document organization, and educational formatting support services only.
UPCOMING CARE INTAKE ANALYSIS & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Free Preliminary Review: The initial preliminary intake analysis is provided to the consumer at no cost.
Optional Paid Administrative Support: If a consumer elects to purchase our optional administrative support and paperwork preparation services following their free review, refund requests may be submitted and processed prior to the commencement of any administrative work.
Non-Refundable Status: Once our team begins document organization, application packet preparation, administrative analysis, or submission scheduling activities, the service becomes fully non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS
Logic Resolutions LLC reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if a contracted administrative service cannot be fulfilled solely due to a direct operational error caused by Logic Resolutions LLC.
