By purchasing, accessing, or using any service, intake form, resource, review, document packet, or educational material offered by Logic Resolutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Logic Resolutions provides independent, non-medical educational guidance, document review, data analysis, and administrative support services. Our services are strictly administrative and informational in nature, designed to help individuals organize documentation, analyze alignment with external programs, and prepare administrative application packets for third-party medical financial assistance frameworks.

3. Professional Service Boundaries & Limitations

Our services focus exclusively on non-medical, non-lending administrative coordination. Logic Resolutions does not provide clinical care, healthcare services, medical advice, insurance underwriting, or legal representation. We do not act as licensed financial advisors, investment planners, debt negotiators, or credit counselors. Any information or overview provided by Logic Resolutions is intended for general educational purposes and must not be interpreted as professional medical, legal, or licensed financial advice. Clients should consult with qualified, licensed professionals for regulated matters.

4. Representation and Third-Party Communications

Logic Resolutions operates as an independent administrative assistant at the explicit request and direction of the client. Except for handling the logistics of submitting completed, client-signed administrative packets to specific non-profit program administrators as outlined in our process, Logic Resolutions does not act as an official legal representative, agent, or intermediary. All other direct communications with medical providers, hospital offices, or insurance entities remain the sole responsibility of the client.

5. No Guarantee of Approvals or Outcomes

Logic Resolutions does not guarantee program approvals, financial assistance awards, grants, medical discounts, or any other specific financial or program-related resolution. Every individual situation is subject to independent evaluation by third parties. All final eligibility determinations, approval rates, discount structures, and award decisions are made solely by the non-profit organization or program administrator. Service fulfillment and fees are based strictly on the administrative completion of paperwork, never on a third-party application outcome.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients retain full control and ultimate responsibility over their administrative applications. Clients are explicitly responsible for:

  • Providing completely truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • Providing requested supporting documents in a timely manner.

  • Thoroughly reviewing, verifying, and confirming all information inside a completed administrative packet prior to applying their official signature.

  • Making all independent decisions regarding whether to move forward with or submit any analyzed program packet.

  • Maintaining all required direct personal communications with their third-party providers or administrators.

7. Intellectual Property & Educational Materials

All educational insights, summaries, guides, templates, workbooks, and informational resources provided by Logic Resolutions are the intellectual property of the Company. These materials are provided for personal, informational use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without explicit written permission from Logic Resolutions.

8. Document Reviews and Intake Analysis

Document reviews, data summaries, and program alignment assessments are performed based solely upon the information provided directly by the client. Logic Resolutions is not liable for inaccurate tracking, misalignments, or program denials resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or missing client data. Consumers acknowledge that they can independently research and pursue any public non-profit program for free, without purchasing optional administrative support from Logic Resolutions.

9. Service Fulfillment & Completion

Service fulfillment is considered legally complete when the applicable administrative deliverable has been provided to the consumer. This includes the delivery of an educational review summary or the completion and submission readiness of requested program application packets. Service completion does not depend upon any third-party program decision, approval, or institutional outcome.

10. Financial Terms and Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed strictly by our separate Refund Policy. By purchasing or moving forward with an optional paid administrative service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the Refund Policy prior to the commencement of work.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logic Resolutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or financial damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services, products, resources, or educational materials. Clients accept full, sole responsibility for their personal choices, financial actions, and application submissions.
